Welcome to GrowMint, operated by GrowMint Digital Private Limited (“GrowMint”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the GrowMint website, mobile application, marketplace, home-service platform and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
By accessing, registering on, or using GrowMint, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

GrowMint enables customers to discover home-improvement products and services and, where available, purchase products or request/book services through the Platform.
GrowMint may act as a marketplace/platform facilitator and may not directly manufacture, own or provide every product or service listed on the Platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must provide accurate information when using GrowMint.
By using the Platform, you confirm that:
* The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
* You are legally capable of entering into applicable transactions.
* You will use GrowMint only for lawful purposes.
* You will comply with these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.

Marketplace e-commerce entities are subject to disclosure and consumer-protection requirements under India’s e-commerce framework.

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their products.

GrowMint may remove, restrict or modify listings that violate applicable law, platform policies or listing requirements.

Service availability depends on location, professional availability and the relevant service category.

A service booking becomes confirmed according to the applicable GrowMint booking process.
Submitting a request does not necessarily guarantee that a professional will be available.

Service professionals listed on GrowMint may be independent professionals or businesses.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, listing on GrowMint does not mean that a service professional is an employee of GrowMint.
Service professionals are responsible for:

* Representing their skills honestly.
* Performing agreed services professionally.
* Following applicable safety requirements.
* Respecting customers.
* Protecting customer information.
* Communicating applicable additional charges.

A seller may choose to respond to the requirement by offering or listing an appropriate product.
Submission of a product request does not guarantee that the requested product will become available.

No person may reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use GrowMint’s intellectual property without appropriate permission.

GrowMint may integrate with third-party services including:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, GrowMint is not the manufacturer of third-party products and does not directly employ independent service professionals.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, reduce or restrict rights available to consumers under applicable Indian laws.
GrowMint will comply with applicable consumer-protection and e-commerce requirements.
The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 apply to marketplace e-commerce models operating in India.

25. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and other mandatory legal provisions, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts/tribunals in India having jurisdiction over GrowMint.
